管道安装流程Piping installation process

1、管材运输，应清理道路上的障碍物。车运输必须有起重工或装卸工配合；手推车运输必须将管子绑扎牢固，装卸时起落一致；用滚杠运输不得用手直接调整滚杠，管子滚动前方不得有人。塔吊往高处运管时，应遵守本规程塔式起重机有关规定。材堆放应放稳放牢，不得乱堆乱放。

2、铲管材破口、磨口、剔飞刺、敲焊渣时，操作人员应戴防护眼镜，对面严禁有人。

3、煨管时，钢丝绳在管上应绑扎牢固，操作人员不得站在钢丝绳的里侧或随意跨越钢丝绳。锚和别管用的桩子必须牢固。

4、管道吹洗时，排出口应设专人监护。在吹洗和试验过程中，不得进行安装或检修。

5、熬沥青时，应遵守本规程中“熬油”中有关规定。

6、安装立管时，在开启管子的预留洞口的钢筋网或安全防护盖板前应向总承包单位提出申请，办理洞口使用交结手续后。方可拆除.操作完毕应将预留洞口安全防护盖板恢复好，盖严盖牢。

7、安装冷却塔立管时，上端与冷却塔连接的最后一根管的法兰盘

必须焊好后再同冷却塔塑料法兰盘连接。在安装立管施焊前，必须申请用火证，并设专人看火，备好消防器材，井道的孔洞应用水浇湿石棉布堵严，严禁火星掉到下一层。

8、地沟或潮湿场所安装管道，照明电压不得超过12V。电焊把线严禁裸露和破损.操作人员必须穿绝缘鞋、戴绝缘(电焊)手套。

9、管道串动和对口时，动作要协调，手不得放在管口和接合处。

10、室外供热管道安装、管沟土方施工应遵守本规程“挖土”中的有关规定。

11、管材的除锈和刷漆，应在安装之前进行。断管材时，应将管材夹在管子压力钳中，不得用平口虎钳；管材应用支架或手托住。砂轮锯断管材时，压力应均匀，不得用力过猛，操作人员应站在砂轮片旋转方向的侧面。

4、When the pipe is blown and washed, the discharge outlet should be supervised by a person. In the process of blowing and testing, no installation or overhaul.

5, boiling asphalt, should comply with the regulations in the “boiling oil” in the relevant provisions.

6, the installation of risers, in the opening of the pipe of the reserved holes in the reinforcing steel mesh or safety cover should be applied to the general contractor for the use of holes in the end of the formalities. Only then can be removed. Operation is completed should be reserved hole safety protection cover plate to restore good, cover tight cover.

7, the installation of cooling tower riser, the upper end of the last pipe connected to the cooling tower flange

Must be welded and then connected with the cooling tower plastic flange. In the installation of riser welding, must apply for a fire permit, and set up a person to watch the fire, ready for fire fighting equipment, holes in the shaft should be water wet asbestos cloth plug tightly, and prohibit sparks fall to the next level.

8、Installation of pipeline in gutter or wet place, the lighting voltage shall not be more than 12 V. Welding handle line is forbidden to be exposed and broken. Operators must wear insulated shoes, wear insulated (welding) gloves.

9, pipeline stringing and counterparts, the action should be coordinated, the hand shall not be placed on the pipe mouth and joints.

10, outdoor heating pipeline installation, pipe trench earth construction should comply with the “digging” in the relevant provisions of these regulations.

11、De-rusting and painting of pipes should be carried out before installation. When breaking the pipe, the pipe should be clamped in the pipe pressure pliers, not with a flat vise; pipe should be bracket or hand support. When the wheel saw breaks the pipe, the pressure should be even, not too hard, and the operator should stand on the side of the direction of rotation of the wheel blade.
