江苏栩益设备安装工程有限公司，创建于 2017年11月，注册资本 4000 万元， 具有主项石油化工工程施工总承包贰级、电子与智能化工程专业承包壹级、消防设 施工程专业承包贰级、防水防腐保温工程专业承包贰级、建筑工程施工总承包叁级、 建筑机电安装工程专业承包叁级、压力管道（GC2）许可证。

公司现有人员共计245人，其中从事安装的人员218人，其中高级工程师 1人， 工程师 8人，会计师2人，助理会计师2人，一级、二级建造师7人，由省建设厅培 训考核10人取得建设部颁发的项目管理资格证书。各类管理人员及施工工种基本适 应本公司发展需要。固定资产共计1806.2万元，其中安装施工设备738.6万元，施 工机械总台数为420台（件），其中主要机械设备为电焊机182台，50吨汽车吊1台， 25吨汽车吊2台，卷扬机8台，卷板机6台，空压机8台，电动试压泵6台，弯管机4台， 烘箱6台，硬度计1台，阀门试验设备4台等；企业占地面积约3500平方米。

企业的机构设制健全，设董事两名、监事一名，董事兼任公司总经理，下设 副经理室、总师室、行政人事办公室、财务科、质量技术、安全科、供应经营等科 室及 12个直属施工队。

Jiangsu Xuyi Equipment Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. was founded in November 2017 with a registered capital of 40 million yuan. It has the main qualifications of Level 2 general contracting for petrochemical engineering construction, Level 1 professional contracting for electronic and intelligent engineering, Level 2 professional contracting for fire protection facilities engineering, Level 2 professional contracting for waterproofing, anti-corrosion and insulation engineering, Level 3 general contracting for construction engineering, Level 3 professional contracting for building electromechanical installation engineering, and a pressure pipeline (GC2) license.

The company currently has a total of 245 personnel, including 218 personnel engaged in installation, including 1 senior engineer, 8 engineers, 2 accountants, 2 assistant accountants, and 7 first and second level construction engineers. 10 personnel have been trained and assessed by the Provincial Department of Construction and have obtained project management qualification certificates issued by the Ministry of Construction. Various management personnel and construction workers are basically adapted to the development needs of our company. The total fixed assets are 18.062 million yuan, including 7.386 million yuan for the installation of construction equipment. The total number of construction machinery is 420 units, including 182 electric welding machines, 1 50 ton truck crane, 2 25 ton truck cranes, 8 winches, 6 plate bending machines, 8 air compressors, 6 electric pressure testing pumps, 4 pipe bending machines, 6 ovens, 1 hardness tester, and 4 valve testing equipment; The enterprise covers an area of approximately 3500 square meters.

The organizational structure of the enterprise is sound, with two directors and one supervisor. The director also serves as the general manager of the company, and there are departments including deputy manager's office, chief engineer's office, administrative personnel office, finance department, quality technology, safety department, supply and operation department, as well as 12 directly affiliated construction teams.

Since the establishment of the company, we have strengthened investment, management, and strived to improve our own construction, recruit and self train professional personnel, laying a foundation for improving the overall quality of the enterprise. The foundation is good in all aspects. The company has completed influential mechanical and electrical equipment installation projects, as well as civil engineering supporting water, electricity, heating, sanitation, ventilation and other project tasks in provinces and cities such as Shandong, Jiangsu, and Anhui.
